responsibilities:
* ensure the running of the customer field service section is as accordance to the guidelines and policy in place
* to manage the customer field service team: performance review, motivation and direction, monitor and assign the field service engineers activities.
* meet all business ob-jectives given
* support new equipment introduction by early involvement with business group
* to maintain optimal spare parts inventory level
* compile service performance reports (response time, machine up time, ….etc) and work on continuous improvement
requirements:
* bachelor degree or above, major in electrical or electronic engineering
* 3-5 years supervisory experience in equipment repair services as a business
* possess strong supervisory and analytical skills, personal characteristics of neatness, organization, tact, communication ability; computer proficiency is a requirement
