2） 噴蒸汽加濕。加濕的速率快，但加濕的波動(dòng)度大，容易實(shí)現(xiàn)快速控制，控制精度較好，但由于噴入100℃蒸汽，對(duì)箱內(nèi)的溫度狀態(tài)會(huì)產(chǎn)生少量的干擾。
3） 噴霧化的水。霧化水的微粒直徑大體在10~50μ此種方法具有噴蒸汽加濕的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，又不需要外置蒸汽鍋爐，并且可以調(diào)整噴水微粒的溫度和箱體內(nèi)試驗(yàn)溫度相同，是一種比較好的加濕方式。
