恒溫恒濕試驗(yàn)箱操作技巧

現(xiàn)在的設(shè)備可真是越來越智能化，客戶做試驗(yàn)時(shí)只放置樣品，打開開關(guān)就OK了，一切由試驗(yàn)設(shè)備自動(dòng)完成，比如航空、汽車、家電、科研等領(lǐng)域*的檢測(cè)設(shè)備【恒溫恒濕試驗(yàn)箱】及時(shí)如此。
在做實(shí)驗(yàn)前必須注意的是要確認(rèn)下樣品是否是易燃易爆，有腐蝕性，對(duì)恒溫恒濕試驗(yàn)箱設(shè)備和操作人員會(huì)不會(huì)造成安全隱患。
首先我們了解一下恒溫恒濕箱的操作步驟：
1.先打開開關(guān)總閘，調(diào)到ON狀態(tài)。
2.如果是做濕度實(shí)驗(yàn)，要查看水箱，水位是否足夠，否則加水；如果只做高溫實(shí)驗(yàn)，記得將濕球紗布取出。
3.打開儀器面板電源開關(guān)（綠色POWER）。
4.手按觸摸屏，調(diào)節(jié)程式或設(shè)置溫濕度參數(shù)，按ENT結(jié)束輸入。
5. 放置樣品。此時(shí)一定注意箱體容積，不可過密放過多樣品，樣品盒箱體之間必須像個(gè)10毫米左右；之前有客戶反應(yīng)在做高溫實(shí)驗(yàn)時(shí)，由于在箱體放的樣品過多，以致阻擋了氣流，后儀器冒煙，散發(fā)難聞的焦味，差點(diǎn)引起火災(zāi)。
6.實(shí)驗(yàn)過程中，除非必要，不允許打開箱門，以免造成不測(cè)，可以按面板LPS按鈕，點(diǎn)亮照明燈，觀看箱體內(nèi)樣品。
7.當(dāng)測(cè)試設(shè)備需要做高溫操作實(shí)驗(yàn)，可以通過箱體側(cè)孔外接電源供電。
8.當(dāng)測(cè)試完成后，關(guān)閉儀器電源和開關(guān)總閘，高溫實(shí)驗(yàn)時(shí)，需等溫度冷卻到安全范圍內(nèi)，才能開箱門取出樣品。
